  • Our support team will provide you with all the instructions you need to proceed.

Please note:

  • You have 14 days from the time of receipt to notify us of any issues with your merchandise. All items must be returned to China within 30 days of receipt in order for a refund or replacement to be issued.
  • All returns will be charged a $30 restocking fee.
  • All items must be sent via courier to China at the customer
